Senior Sales Executive
About this opportunity
The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for selling MSP services within their designated
territory to multi-unit franchisees and establish relationships with franchise brokers,
consultants and suppliers. Sales teams will receive MQLs from the marketing process and
nurture these leads through the sales funnel. Sr. Sales Executives will also be expected to
generate their own leads through established franchise relationships along with franchise-
specific tradeshows and forums.
In this role, you will…
- Manage a defined territory of accounts to grow the business, onboard new high potential accounts.
- Develop and execute a territory plan based on understanding the potential in each account in the defined geography.
- Communicate cross-functionally to develop an in-depth understanding of the business needs to clearly articulate MSP solution capabilities.
- Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing solutions.
- Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making.
- Educate customers on full suite of services.
- Nurture all qualified leads thru sales funnel.
- Generate new leads through established relationships.
- Attend Franchise-specific tradeshows & forums.
- Be creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency.
- Capable of engaging customers in person and in a virtual selling environment.
- Listen, understand, and analyze customer needs to tailor products and services to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Manage all client/prospect data through CRM.
- Travel 30%
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience within MSP’s or Franchising.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
- Ability to map and execute territory sales plan.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Experience logging and tracking all sales related activities within a CRM.
